"Was great overall! Our stay occurred in the middle of a severe weather weekend in which provided a variety extra twists to our first time visiting Hot Springs. Host was very pleasant and helpful throughout stay. Only downfall to stay was the mattress had a minor sink in the middle. Apart from that, everything was clean, neat, and welcoming! Would give 9.9/10! Thank yall again!"

"We arrived in the middle of a severe thunderstorm. The rain continued the days we were there. The cabin access road washed out. I contacted Theresa and within a half an hour she had opened her private gate for us to gain access to the highway. Wonderful communication, wonderful environment, super cozy and clean The vibe is one of being alone in the middle of a beautiful hardwood forest. The water feature is natural. The hot tub is perfect. I can’t say enough about how much I love this place."

"Wonderful stay just outside of downtown. Far enough away from the city and just close enough to the off road park. Wonderful weekend getaway! Love the history behind the property. Can’t wait to plan the next trip"

"This house was perfect for families! We had such a great stay, the scenery was calming, we saw deer and a cute raccoon nearby!Loved that this house was near Hot Springs, yet secluded. Clean and cute.We also left a necklace behind and they found it for us and are mailing it to us! Above and beyond! So grateful!"

"My husband and I stayed in the Jungle Suite which was spacious and comfortable! It was a lovely romantic weekend! Our suite included a very comfy bed and everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and convenient. The property is beautiful and well-maintained. And the in-room jacuzzi was a huge plus! No cell service but excellent Wi-Fi for online phone use or streaming TV and also satellite TV. Great communication and hospitality from the owners! We will definitely look forward to planning...

There were some minor issues with faucet handle, heat maintaining a comfortable temp, the toilet flushed a bit slow and slightly backed up but we were only there for sleeping and getting ready to visit with family. "Though it’s older, it has a charm to it. The property is great location, maintained, and convenient. It does needs a few updates like newer rugs, maybe update a couple of pieces of furniture replaced and better lighting, but it’s a cabin and nothing was a major turnoff. If you’re on the fence, just book it! You won’t regret it."

"Our family of 5 had a fantastic time at this beautiful home. Our teenage daughter claimed the loft area for herself, while our two younger kids each had their own bedroom. My wife & I had the bedroom downstairs, which was great for peace & quiet. The house is very new & modern, and we loved sitting outside around the fire pit - roasting s’mores and enjoying the nights. Could not have picked a better property!"
