"Staff at this hotel are amazing. Always friendly, helpful and accommodating. Cleaning staff did a fantastic job every day. Allowed privacy and also times to join in if wanted. Pool and hot tub were good. Busy hotel but never felt rushed or ignored. Had an absolutely excellent Easter breakfast buffet, wow! Great stay."

"Had a great stay at the Royal Hotel Calgary! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was super convenient. What really made the experience stand out was the staff — they were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our entire stay. Special shoutout to EJ for going above and beyond — truly made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Calgary! I cannot comment on the food, as we mostly ate outside. I hope this helps. "
