"Beautiful property, lovely experience but also not what we expected. I would consider this more of a working ranch than a resort, as we felt like it's more setup for locals to Belmopan and cowboys than it is to the average traveler. Nice food, good overall value. Kind of a strange cowboy guy who apparently owns the property who was a little overly friendly to my girlfriend out of the blue. However seems that locals love him and have good things to say. If you're up for something a bit different...

"The amenities advertised about the hotel certainly does not meet the standard for the type of facility it is advertised to be. Furthermore, this facility is advertised as a resort, but hardly meets the standard of a bed and breakfast. The swimming pool was empty, Wi-Fi service was only partially available (perhaps about 50% of the time), and failure to respect the do not disturb sign outside the door. The structural state of the facility is an incomplete off the beaten path concept of a resort...

"First night was interrupted by next door neighbour blasting music. Staff dealt with it effectively once we let them know. Wall between the rooms are not sound proof. Beds were very comfortable and linens clean. Accommodations were made for dietary needs and food overall was good. After first night, things became much quieter and peaceful even though the resort was full (as described by staff). Service was excellent. Staff were kind and eager to please.
