"We stayed in the rooftop honeymoon suite for 3 nights and it did not disappoint! The view was amazing and we loved all the sounds of nature and looking at all the stars at night. It was very private and we had the beautiful pool to ourselves while we were there. Virginia and Louis set up our ATM tour for us and it was the highlight of our trip. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. We would definitely recommend Villa Cayo!"

We had four adults fit comfortably. This is within walking distance of everything in San Ignacio. It is a great place to stay and the neighbors are friendly too!"

"I was traveling with my my 17 year old daughter. I did not feel safe and left within 5 minutes of arriving. We travel all over the USA and we've stayed in san pedro and San ignacio. "I was looking for something quiet and out of the way of the major tourist areas and this was perfect! No noise, no golf carts but walking distance to everything. It was incredibly clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen items. The bathroom is gorgeous! I If I wasn't diving or riding my bike, I was in the hammock listening to the waves or star gazing. "We LOVED our little apartment. You can be part of the laid back, in town vibe on the front porch or step inside and close the curtains for privacy. On site owner is friendly and very helpful with local info. We enjoyed being able to walk to nearby restaurants or cook for ourselves as desired. Groceries, fruit/veggie stands are easy walking distance, safe parking, and the apartment contains everything necessary. We will definitely return!"
