"I stayed in the Voco Grand Central for 4 nights, with breakfast included in my stay and it was a lovely experience. No hassle, complimentary water and nice room service whenever I needed. The location is very nice as well, surrounded by nice restaurants and right in the heart of the city center. "Have not been at the DT for a while but was back for a short stay. There can be no doubt that there is a need for an upgrade within the hotel but in many ways the staff make up for this. Always; helpful, polite and incredibly friendly. To all those many Hotels in the area, where I have stayed...my advice would be; make a visit, watch, listen and learn...to how it should be done I will be back "
