"The house was clean, safe, and check-in process was smooth. Being on the water was nice to look at from afar. It served our purposes as we wanted to be near Jones Beach for a concert. "Well, the "breakfast" was a bit of a joke. Cold cereal, coffee, and toast with no butter isn't an adequate breakfast suitable for a hotel. The room, however, was nice. I'd call it a fancy motel because it's good for sleeping and resting your head. Still good, regardless. "
