"The house was clean, safe, and check-in process was smooth. Being on the water was nice to look at from afar. It served our purposes as we wanted to be near Jones Beach for a concert. However, several expectations were not met. This is listed as a "beach house" but there were no beach chairs or towels to bring to the beach. (Owner told us there would be via messaging.) "Large brownstone divided in half. One side for owners other side for guests. 6 small guest rooms sharing 2 bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Heaters in each room that were sufficient during the extremely cold weather. Lots of art work decorating the rooms and halls. Very tiny bathrooms. Dreary interior could be vastly improved with table lamps Great deli on the nearby corner and great restaurant. Pita Point and Good Friends Deli. Grinstead of the overhead lighting."
