"This was my first time staying at the hotel, and overall it was an excellent experience. I slept on one of the best hotel mattresses I've come across and woke up refreshed each time. The room was comfortable and full of the amenities and storage space I needed. It was also very clean and fresh, as was the entire hotel. Breakfast was very nice, though there could have been a bit more for vegans and vegetarians (e.g. non-dairy milk). The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is also conveniently located near all kinds of stores but very close to the heart of Newport. I would easily stay there again and recommend it to others."

"This was an amazing experience! Exceptional property and service. Definitely a Five Star location, located along the famous Cliff Walk, right on the ocean! We stayed in the French Provincial room which had amazing ocean views. The room itself was flawless and beautiful, heated floors in the super large bathroom, everything was sparkling clean. We felt pampered from the moment we arrived until our departure. The staff was amazing, including Hannah, the maitre-de, to Craig, our on-staff driver, who took us into town. Everything was first-class, including breakfast with expert waitstaff, delicious food, and ocean views. We will be back!"
