Malmaison Belfast
4.0 star property
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (1000)
"Great malmaison experience in central Belfast. Lovely room. Great service. Only slight negatives are we were not told we could get half price parking at the nearby Qpark car park until we left, and the restaurant is a bit disappointing, dishes did not feel refined choices (bit too burger style) and limited veggie options. "Fantastic hotel with ice cold staff. This hotel offers automated services so you don’t have to deal with people. So when we went to the front desk a few times, the staff seems a little annoyed that we were even speaking with them. It just made me feel unwelcome. Hotel is great, front desk staff were the worst of our trip. "
