It was great for what I paid. There is a dance club close by and you can hear the music late at night. It did not bother me, but might for a light sleeper.

Would not recommend!!! Stayed here on Saturday night the room was absolutely freezing the place wouldn’t no how to put the heating on there was people making nose all night then went to go get a shower it flooded out my whole room accusing to slip anyway wake up next morning but late walks out my room 2 of the staff said that I owed them more money for staying about over time I said I’m not paying over my experience no heating and shower peeking Whitchurch is a hazard she said that I did it! And told me to get outside and all the man of the place was so cheecky said we wasn’t getting our money back never seen worse in all my life!!!

The best place I have ever stayed in, communication with staff was so easy especially as I checked in late as well, they were so useful and helpful, room was clean and refreshments and towels were available as per the listing as well as a bin in both room and en suite and also plenty of toilet rolls available

NO HOT WATER!!! Chemicals disgusting smell, very strong. Property was clean, but the smell was as at the chemical plant and I had severe headache in a result. Late check in. You are not allowed even 1 minute before 15.00. Doesn't worth its money.

Property was okay, no elevator, bed was not comfortable, listing said the property had air conditioning but it did not, pillows were very thin. Not towels or bath mats in room on arrival, they did rectify this but took some time due to their being no front desk st this property

Absolutely horrible place. The first night was fine but when I returned to the place in the afternoon I was locked out of my room and given the code to someone else’s room. The front door lock was ripped off the wall. My room was robbed and my money was stolen. When I tried to contact the hosts they stopped answering my phone calls. When I finally got ahold of them the following morning they said to call the police as there was nothing they could do “these things happen” they said. The worst experience. This is NOT a safe place. I filed a police report.

Oyo to be missed
The room was terrible, bed was uncomfortable with sinking mattress, shower was just a dribble after 30 secs, no seating or any facilities to sit. No table/desk to set laptop up only a small shelf had to message someone to request a chair . no hooks to hang a coat or towels. No physical contact from anyone. Stayed in much better places for a lot less money would avoid the place like the plague

At a first impression it seemed really good, until I opened the bed and saw that the bedsheets had stains and hair. A pillow, below the pillowcase, had what it seemed blood stains. The 2nd day, in the afternoon, I was in bed and a man walked in into my room to leave fresh towels. He didn't knock, he just opened it. Of course, after that the experience was not relaxing at all, as I didn't know who else had the code to open the door and when someone could just show up. Location is good, near botanic train station, and self check-in is convenient.

Bare Bones Accomodation
This is bare bones accomodation. There is no staff on hand to check you in or out. It's all done through lock boxes. The room was very small and the bathroom even smaller. There were towels provided but a basic amenity like handsoap for the bathroom was not. There was no bath mat either for inside or outside the shower and it was very slippery. It was also very noisy throughout the night as people kept coming and going.

The accommodation was not cleaned after the previous occupants had used it. The hotel did not respond to rectify this. Awful, no refund or apology from the hotel or Expedia. Appalling do not stay at an Oyo hotel.

Stay away from OYO Queens Quarter in Belfast.
The information I got from Hotels.com state "Front desk staff will greet guest on arrival". There is no Front Desk. Its one of those places you have to call somebody to get a code to enter the building and your room. Also Hotels.com book this then turned around and raised our rate for this poor room. The building is former student housing. So the room is a former dorm room. There is a kitchen there with dishes and glasses that are dirty. No staff on site to clean stuff. No staff on site to ask tourist related questions. As tourist we prefer places with staff, we use them as resources during our travels. Hotels.com lied to us on this booking, they should refund us our money on this one.
