"We were upgraded to the radisson blu in Belfast as the park inn has not reopend since covid. Upon arrival we couldn't check in as room wasnt ready..we arrived at 3.10 check in opens at 3....we had too leave the hotel as wee had a reservation too eat before we went to a concert so they took the bags too out room when it was ready and we collected keys when we returned at 1.30am. "Upon arrival the reception staff were welcoming. The entrance hall was beautifully decorated and smelt nice! The bed and pillows were comfortable, bedding was clean as were the towels. The catch on the window was loose, the marble sink surface was cracked, the temperature of the shower could have been warmer, and there were cobwebs in hard to reach places. The bar and dining room staff were attentive and polite. The hot buffet breakfast could have been warmer, but on the whole a lovely stay....
