"We had a very nice comfortable stay. Everything was clean and tidy. Plenty of common spaces to gather the family to cook, eat, play games, or watch TV together. The bedrooms were very spacious although a couple were lacking in furniture to either lay open or unpack a suitcase and/ or a nightstand for those things you need close at hand or c-pap machine etc. You will also appreciate to know that this property appears to be and truly feels like an entire house. "Property was not kept up well. As soon as we arrived there were many flies and bugs in the entry way. Main doors left open. Confused on the many keys provided to access our room. The common areas like the living room, kitchen, and hallways were all open to the outdoor climate. Only the individual rooms had window units to cool down. The smell was not pleasant. "We came in late and left early, we were on tour and booked it as a place to clean up and sleep then get back on the road. The photos aren't inaccurate, but it's kind of rough. The photos should speak for themselves; for example the sign talks about homelessness, hanging on the porch, doing drugs, etc, all saying that you will be ejected immediately for violating the rules and if you are offended, "deal with it." While I take no issue with not allowing homelessness, loitering (though I assume the...

"Very comfortable, well appointed, and clean apartment right in the middle of town. We strolled to dinner, and popped over to the bakery right next door for breakfast. Added bonus - Trader Joe’s right there as well if we needed any groceries. Joe Spector, the property’s host, was very responsive, and all of the house rules were clearly articulated and sensible. Plenty of off street parking, with spaces big enough for my F150. "

"The host Lou was supper helpful and provided us with many places all around the area. The apt was clean and well kept. Parking was not an issue. Would defiantly stay here again!"

"The description of the property was accurate and felt clean when I moved in. The kitchen was fairly bare bones so for longer stays a bit challenging to cook and local restaurant options were not great. It was nice that there was a TV in both bedroom and living room and that there was access to a gym."
