"I planned a family reunion but this house was not ready and did not have the facilities promised for our event. There was a power outage the days before I arrived, but the owner told me he was able to get the cleaner there and everything would be ready. Instead I found the fridge full of rotting food, the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and smelled horrible and there was no dishwasher detergent. "The hotel was clean and decorated beautifully for the Holidays. I was really impressed with the Gluten free options for breakfast. You had to ask at the front desk but she was able to over me around 10-12 options. We were also impressed with the American flag mints in the room and the Folds of Honor K cups in the room! God bless America! We will be back for sure!!! "

"Great service from Courtney at the front desk; we were hoping for a 2 bedroom suite, and she went out of her way to accommodate us by getting us a room that had been out of service for deep cleaning. She went out of her way to give us the option, and had the room checked to make sure it was good to go. Thank you!"
