"The house was very comfortable and welcoming and the staff was incredibly friendly. The rooms were a generous size and the interior design was "upscale homey". We will definitely be visiting again. If I could make any recommendations: I am not sure if the facility has recycling available, but if they do, there are no clearly marked bins to separate materials from teh trash. And the pool table was a little unever and could be refelted. But overall experience was great. "

"Gothics Eve far exceeded our expectations! Rose is such a joy to be around. We had a last minute need and she had everything prepared for us within just a few hours. This was the perfect home base for our Seneca Lake wine tour! We enjoyed meeting Guinness, the friendly B&B German shorthair pointer, who made us feel welcome as well. "Beautiful view. Hard to overstate how gorgeous it is. Host provides a lot of helpful mod-cons that we didn't expect. Only major issue is ticks! If you bring a pet, do not let it stray from stone driveways and make sure it's up to date on preventive meds. Our (always leashed) dog must have brushed some high grass on walking trails on property and had more ticks on her than I have ever seen at once. "
