"Although the property appears a little "rustic" on the outside, the rooms are excellent with new bathrooms and VERY clean throughout. The manager was outstanding. My partner has RA, so walking up stairs is a problem. Initially we had a second floor room but when a first floor room was available the next morning she immediately moved us to the first floor. "

"The Elk Refuge Inn was warm, inviting, and very comfortable. It is conveniently located near downtown Jackson Hole. Most importantly for us, however, was the proximity to the Elk Refuge. Our balcony looked out over the preserve, and we were able to watch the elk and coyotes roam the preserve. It was absolutely amazing!"
