This brand new property is a great value, right in the center of town, and so easy to walk to bars and restaurants. The modern design is really well done, and a great vibe for a ski town. The king room has a clever design, incorporating a kitchen and split bathroom (toilet and shower are separate from the sink/vanity). The luggage bench and ski gear storage is simple and well-designed. There is a fun word search puzzle on the wall as soon as you walk in, which we did right away. The downside to the room is that the door wasn’t properly weather-stripped so the cold draft came pouring in, along with the loud traffic sounds. They do provide ear plugs, which was a nice touch. The lounge/bar/breakfast area was a lovely place to hang for morning coffee. But $8 for a latte? Yeesh, this is Jackson Hole after all.

The front desk clerk was short and not very pleasant. The rooms however were clean and comfortable. Swimming pools were neat. Great property. Just wish the staff was friendlier.

We really enjoyed staying at Mountain modern. It had everything we needed and was so nice to be able to bring our two pups! You are super close to everything so we walked everywhere. We will definitely be back again!

Loved the property but the water in the shower was switching from hot to cold very rapidly on its own and had no pressure. Had to use the shower in the pool area in order to successfully clean myself. Still I would stay here again on another visit to Jackson Wyoming!

We really like the location and property. What we dint like was the location of our room 842, right above kitchen. Every morning we heard the covwrsation downstairs. Also, the nightly bar and food service stopped. Understandable since there was 1 person trying to do it all. Keep the bar service, great place to meet people. Stop the nightly meals.

Great location. Front desk was nice. Room was average felt run down and dingy but we were ok with staying since we hadn’t planned to spend much time in the room. The smoke from the fires was so bad my husband couldn’t breath so we had to leave 1 day early. They were not willing to refund one unused night. We checked out by 11:00am and they had our room rented before we left. Only reason I know this was because there was a gentlemen at the desk asking for accommodation for the same night. Given that they were able to rebook our room their refusal to refund our one night is inconsiderate. I will never stay at this property again.

Quiet location.But property itself is somewhat odd with several buildings spread around,making it hard for uber or someone picking you up to find you.The buildings are 2 storeyed with no elevator for luggage, which we struggled with. The person at reception was inattentive and double charged our credit card despite telling him that expedia had already charged us. We had to call twice to get it cancelled.Overall experience therefore was mixed.

This was a great property. The room was great, but you can hear the noise from surrounding rooms and outdoors very clearly. Ear plugs were supplied to help with that, but other than that the room was great!
