Let us check in early after a long plane ride, everyone was very nice. TV was missing remote and you could hear the people upstairs pretty well. It’s along the highway so there is road noise but it didn’t bother us and I knew that when we booked. Gorgeous area.

This motel is in a perfect location. The area is beautiful. The room was clean and the beds comfy. We didn't sleep very well though because there isn't insulation, we heard neighbors walking and talking. The walkway outside is wooden and cute like a western town but you hear every footstep. The heat/AC blows right on the bed so much that my husband couldn't sleep. It was either burning or freezing. Most hotels have the table by that side so there's a buffer for the air to blow without it being directly hitting you. They did provide a sound machine which was a needed and nice touch. Unfortunately it couldn't really drown out all the noise for us to get a good sleep. When returning to Jackson we will probably choose a different place to stay. It's niceand clean and for a decent price, but we just didn't sleep well.

Room was clean, but not very spacious so it was tight with 4 people. Additionally staff left at 5:30 so when we got back from skiing and we had an issue with our shower drain, I had to clear it myself. Everything else about the property was pretty good tho and the views were beautiful.

I could smell a kerosene heater when running the bathroom vent fan. There were several pieces of trash on the floor. Some were small and cellophane so a little harder to see. The drink lid and drinking straw were very easily seen.

Great spot, loved the kitchenette really saved a few bucks on dining, the coyotes the night of 1/7/25 was really cool to listen to, They were so close it was epic I thought it was sirens at first! Wild Jackson at its finest!
