"Loved everything about it, at first. Check in-great/easy. After check in, needed to use the clothes dryer. Once found, it only took quarters. Went to front desk to get quarters. Miss Not so Friendly Now, said w attitude, I had to have cash for change. Even though I had a credit card on file for incidentals, is this not one? I had no cash on me. In a "do everything on your phone" world, I could not use a dryer in one of the world's largest hotel chains. Not happy. "

"The elevator stops slightly below the ground floor--so if you're on it, after it stops you have to push the "1" button again so it will move up a few inches so the door will open. If you're outside waiting, the light goes off but the door won't open (because it's too low) so you have to push the button again. When we mentioned it to an employee they indicated the owner is too cheap to fix it--as they have had elevator problems in the past. Stating they went 6 weeks without elevator. I'D NOT...

"Had trouble finding it due to I-10 construction. So, we came in really late. Front desk was really nice and gave us a room close to the elevator for my 85-year-old Dad's convenience."
