"Lesson learned - Don't book a stay with a property that doesn't have a single person on-site or on-call to help. By the time we arrived our check-in email from the Guesthouse still had not arrived in our email inbox. This email is the only way in to your room, as it holds the lockbox code which holds your key. "The flat was warm, quiet and exceptionally well equipped with everything that we needed and more. It was clean and well-proportioned. The view from the balcony is dramatic (understatement) and we enjoyed the change of outlook depending on the weather and time of day. This was the most that we had ever paid for a weeks accommodation in Switzerland, but it was worth every penny. Thank you!"

"Fantastic view on the lakes and mountains, close to many hikes as well. About 15-20 minutes from Interlaken up in the mountain. Excellent equipment and beautiful terrace. Unfortunately, we tripped a breaker on our last night when my daughter tried to plug her adapter herself, losing electricity...didn't find the right box/breaker to reset ! Hopefully, nothing broke. Sorry for that."
