"Lovely stay overall. I booked a single room but got upgraded to a double one. The room is dated but had everything you need plus a bathtub which was amazing after a working day! Newcastle sightseeing spots are in walking distance there is a 10 mins walk to a shopping centre. Amazing if you’re travelling by train as the train station is juts next door. There is no noise in the room at all though. Highly recommending!"

"Booked for one night only. Checked in quite late in the evening, which wasn't a problem. Friendly reception staff. Comfortable room and no noise issues despite being on main road opposite train station. Only issue was that after going for early morning stroll my room key wouldn't work when I returned to hotel. there was a staff member in the corridor but they said they could not open room and I'd have to go to reception. Got lift from 5th floor down to reception and they recharged keys. ...

"Stayed here for one night on business. Great rate for the night. Check in great. Room fantastic with a bit of wow factor upon entering. Very clean, comfy bed. Swimming pool fantastic. Fusion restaraunt food lovely but service not great. I was approached almost as soon as i sat down for food ordering but i hadnt seen the menu yet so i asked for 2 minutes. 15 minutes later a server came and apologised for the wait. "Great stay spoilt by one other ladie staying at the hotel, on 3 occasions on leaving and entering the hotel the lady would shout abusive comments and strange noises at us, it was reported to staff but when returning later on she done it again white smoking at the main entrance,not sure if drunk or drugs very off putting when you work hard to pays and treat yourself and someone has to spoil it and cause your anxiety to spark as she was constantly around the exi/entrance, ,such a shame as no...

"Nice hotel, very smart décor right in the centre of the city. Great location shopping and dinning. Only down side is not car park and not many close options. "

"on arrival the room was nice on the 11th floor with views of river.we went out for a meal and arrived back about 9pm.the hotel has a bar above this floor and we heard every footstep and dancing above us and the music was as loud as if we were at the club.people were in and out of the lifts on our floor to go upstairs.there was no control with these people as they came from the street and were not guests at the hotel.so asked reception to move us.this they did thankfully. the hotel staff are...
