Staff is friendly, relax, and helpful. The only thing I was missing was a breakfast. Everything else, great."

"Property under significant construction. Many restaurants and facilities not available requiring transport to sister property. Expedia and the Inn failed to advise visitors of significant property issues on the websites. Shame on you both. While I have complained of these misrepresentations no adjustments were made to my booking and THE WEBSITES REMAIN UNCORRECTED AND MISLEADING in my opinion."

"We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Breeze. The place was comfortable for 4 adults. Walk to the beach, bars, restaurants, etc. everything you need it right there. Check in was easy, I would stay here again."

"We loved our time in Ponte Vedra. This house was perfect for our family. The bedrooms were all really nice and comfortable. We loved sitting in the sunroom every morning to drink coffee and share meals around the table. We were only a couple of minutes from everything in Ponte Vedra and even had bikes to use there. The property owners were fantastic and great about communication. 5/5 recommend and would rent again."
