"The property is clean and well maintained. All the amenities needed are provided. Check in and check out details were not provided, so had to contact the owner and wait for a response when we arrived and did not know what was expected of us upon leaving. Code lock doors would be a convenient upgrade. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Great view of the bay and a short walk to the gulf side. The place was clean and comfortable. Only complaint was the mattresses. Like other reviews have said they are pretty bad. I’d at least recommend a mattress topper if nothing else. "

"We loved our stay in the Dreamcatcher on Dauphin Island. It was the most relaxing vacation that we have been on in a long time. We had a great time watching dolphins and the seabirds from the back deck and the dock. You could see the water from every room in the house (except the bathrooms haha). The living room was a nice gather place to hang out while it was raining. You could still see the water perfectly. The TV's were perfect size and great for watching football. Go Chiefs! The two...

"Our dogs were able to come to the beach with us and let me tell you they enjoyed it! And we wouldn’t have been able to if the host didn’t accommodate us so we were thankful for that. It’s super centrally located and close to everything. Had everything we needed including an ice machine!"

"House is a 30 second walk onto the actual beach, house is nicely maintained. WiFi was a little spotty but worked just fine. Only real issue is it's on Dish network for TV but it doesn't work but with the view & beach proximity...who's staying in & watching TV? Would absolutely stay there again."

"We had an absolutely amazing time staying at this house. The hosts were super quick at responding, the house was very spacious, and was honestly even better than the pics! Location was fantastic, there were tons of things stocked in the shed for us to use, they even had a booster chair and pack n’ play that were not listed. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!"

"Very clean and affordable with a variety of beds. House had everything needed. Beautiful outdoor area. Lovely plants in yard. The back deck was large, but back yard was a bit over grown. A lot of potential with the back yard area. Only one tv for the entire house, but we didn’t watch much tv. Water hoses, outdoor shower and sink available that helped wash sand off. Definitely worth the price. "

"The perfect beach house for children. Pool was wonderful, we had it heated, and the beach was literally 7 steps away. I would recommend adding the golf cart. We didn’t use our car the whole time. John was an amazing host with exceptional communication. We will be back!"

"We met another couple and our daughter for a friends / family vacation in a place we’ve never been. We loved the house and the pool was really nice because it also had a little shade on it if you didn’t want to be in the sun. The location of the house to the beach access was great as well. Not a bad walk at all. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay. House is great! Super clean, everything as advertised. It had everything we needed. Constructive suggestions: -please check and secure the railing on stairs and porches. My 80 yr old mother had a tough time with the stairs because lift was not available to use. If someone has children they could possibly push to hard and fall. Just normal maintenance. Other than that, everything was great!!!! Thank you!! "
