The ordeal lasted almost 10 minutes. He was loud, animated and very dramatic. She remained professional and poised throughout the entire ordeal. She even took the time to print a copy of his bill to try to de escalate the situation. My husband and I stayed in the immediate vicinity just in case he got more hostile. After he finally left, she apologized to us and got us squared away. I commended her for her professionalism because I would have had him removed from the property for his poor and unacceptable behavior. "
