"Location was perfect for our plans (Tower of London). Staff extremely friendly and helpful, although the same can't be said for the shop next door who refused to accept our Scottish bank notes!"

" Lacking the charm I found in other hotels through England, my suite was nonetheless comfortable, spacious, bright and clean. One of the receptionists was very unpleasant but the other was friendly and helpful. The extra charge to check in an hour early was insulting, even though I had called ahead and was not informed of this policy. There is no safe place to store luggage prior to check-in or after check-out. Overall it was ok, but nothing would impel me to stay there again. "

"This property is in a very convenient location, with easy access to the train and a short walk from popular attractions such as the Burough Market. It’s also spacious and clean."

"It was a nice property. The only issue is that all the pictures you see are rooms with view and a balcony. We got the ground floor,so we heard a lot of road noise. The only real issue we had was that we ran out of toilet paper and they said we had to buy our own, which does not make sense. The other issue was not with the property but the location,you needed to take the train everywhere, we about 4 to 6 stop away from all the touristy areas."

"This place is amazing! Not only is it trendy, the staff is phenomenal, the room was spacious and clean with a huge bathroom, and great amenities. The staff advised us on transportation, restaurants in the vicinity, and made suggestions on things to see. They were kind and very helpful. The 5th floor lounge probably saved us $50 on coffees and water and juice. It’s open all day and night so you pop in and get what you need. There is beer and a wine bar you can use too! "We stayed in a 2 bedroom signature apartment that was very spacious and well appointed. Friendly staff responded to requests very quickly. We had a very nice stay. Than you!"

"Lovely apartment. Lovely staff who checked us in. Walkable distance to the underground. We wanted a car park space but there weren’t any available. The receptionist said we could park on the street for free as it was weekend, which we were more than happy with. Will definitely stay again. "
