"Absolutely amazing hotel! The staff are super polite, professional, and always willing to help. The rooms are generously sized and very clean, and the pools are quite large with crystal-clear water. The whole resort area is beautifully maintained and exceptionally clean. Drinking water is provided daily, and breakfast is superb, with a huge selection of food, pastries, desserts, and fruits. The RIN restaurant is excellent, offering delicious food. Suku offers Indonesian cuisine but also provides some Western food options - ok option for lunch or dinner but more on the pricey side. There are many other great restaurants located just 10-15 minutes from the resort. The Kids Club is enjoyable although adding a kids' pool play area with a waterslide and other entertainment features would further enhance the experience for families. We had an evening return flight and the reception team kindly accommodated our request for a late check-out at 2 pm. Overall, this is a fantastic resort for a relaxing vacation, and I am definitely coming back to Conrad Bali!"

"Great hospitality, wonderful and helpful staff, clean and spacious room, comfy beds. They have many activities for kids and adults within resort. They provide shuttle service to their beach club and nearby shopping centre. Best for families, they have multiple pools to enjoy."

"Excellent Nusa Dua hotel option!!! Beautiful daily breakfast! Very friendly staff around the hotel. Room was great size with a great view - a little musty though; you need to check/clean/replace your ventilation system. Would definitely stay here again! I have already recommended this hotel to many people!!"

"It is a very nice property especially if you have kids with you because they will have many things to do. Breakfast was good and have many choices and can be suitable for all nationalities but it is very crowded. The best thing about this property is the staff they are very nice ,polite and helpful. From the time of checking in to the time you leave they give you the feeling that they want to you to have a memorable stay at the resort. I faced a problem and the GM of the resort Mr Amit was very understanding and solved the issue the minute I discussed it with him. Mrs Rika at the front desk was a great help in solving all the issues from start to end and I would like to thank her for a great performance in doing her job as it should be done. Really the staff made the difference and made me forget that I faced an issue. "

"Great location. Right in the middle of Sanur so there are dining options either side. I was unsure about the location but am extremely happy with exactly where it was. The pool bar food was perfect and service was amazing. The food in general in the hotel was next level!! We are very fussy with our food but was were extremely impressed! The staff were all so so so lovely! The wifi around the pool was terrible. It force me to relax and not look at my phone so I suppose that was good. The wifi in the room was good. The rooms were so incredibly clean! We cannot wait to go back and have already recommended it to some friends who are travelling there next year! "
