"Stayed in a Junior Suite. Only given 1 key card. Told too busy didn't have spare. Had to ask for hand/small towels - again "busy" would give if they had any. Room very clean. Bed comfortable. Breakfast very basic - we went out for breakfast. Staff all very nice, polite and friendly but all very young. Nobody senior seemed to be in charge. Overall reasonable hotel. Would stay again but not in a hurry."
