"The rooms have some loud vibrating sound from the pool water filtration system during the day, could be too uncomfortable to sleep. There are kids next to us screaming the whole time everyday, can hear clearly from the room. the pool is nice, but I got really bad skin reaction back home got a lot of itchy rashes, not sure if it's from the pool. the staffs are very friendly the rooms are spacious. a bit walk to places. but getting a car is pretty easy"

So many restaurants and shopping within walking distance, and even a free shuttle to drive you almost anywhere in Seminyak at your request. Would definitely recommend staying here. "First class private villa with pool and 5 star facilities. Made to order breakfast inside your villa each morning and the hospitality from staff is amazing. "The property was fairly run down. The handles were coming off the doors, the door pane was half off, the water pressure for the shower was really bad, the shower leaked through the bathroom leaving the floor slippery and anything on it wet (had to use my bath towel to mop it up). The location was really noisy, all you hear are reving of scooters and beeping. Lighting in the rooms were really poor. I had to use my phone torch to see."

"The hotel facilities are quite outdated and could use some refurbishment. The swimming pool had an overpowering smell of chlorine, which made it less enjoyable to use. On the positive side, the overall pricing is reasonable and fits within a budget-friendly range. However, the air conditioning in the room was not functioning properly, and it was uncomfortably hot at night. This definitely impacted the quality of sleep. Improvements in these areas would significantly enhance the guest experience."
