"This cabin sits high up on a hill overlooking a vineyard and orchard. Mountain views were stunning. Gorgeous sunsets! Well appointed property with nice touches. We were there when the temps were hovering around 10 degrees and it was warm inside with the electric fireplace and two wall mounted heaters. Suited us well. "Honeycrisp is a great place to stay. Everything you could possibly want or need in the kitchen. Bedding is so comfortable. Furniture is very nice. Plenty of hot water. WiFi was great. I would recommend this property. Just know there are quite a few curves getting there. There’s enough room for two vehicles. For us, it was a little tight (we had 2 vehicles) but that’s only because we drove our F250, otherwise it would be no problem. Great place! Enjoy! "

"Lake lure took a big hit to the storm. But this cabin had all we needed to keep us occupied during our stay. Restaurants and some shops are open. Loved how everyone is so open to helping each other. House was so lovely, owner was very accommodating. Anytime I had a question. I texted him personally. He responded very quickly. I highly recommend this house. We will come back."

"This was a great location and just what we were looking for. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues and Hugh was easy to communicate with and issues were fixed in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this location to others as it was a perfect homebase for all our activities and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking and driving the Blue Ridge Parkway."
