"Cabin furniture is actually a bit more updated than the pictures. Great location next to a creek, the pond, great for walks, seeing nature and some wild life, by the firepit etc…The host is extremely nice and friendly. He offered to show us his farm and animals so the kids could see the cows and horses. "My girlfriends and I visit the mountains at least twice a year and this is the best rental we have ever had!It was super comfortable and was equipped with everything you need to have a fun relaxing time. I wish we could have used the bonfire pit (NC burn ban), but maybe next time. The propane firepit on the deck was fabulous! The girls are already saying when are we going back! Thank you for such a beautiful place!"

"Kirk’s place was exactly what we wanted. He was very responsive, had an issue with water and he fixed it right away. Everything was wonderful. The only drawback was very little water pressure. The hot tub was nice and hot and the cabin was very well stocked! We will be back! "

"I really enjoyed my stay at this cozy cabin. I had a black bear show up unexpectedly but it was awesome to see it in the wild. It sniffed around and left peacefully ha. The cabin was nice and quiet while still a close drive to downtown Asheville. There's also a really nice hiking trail just up the road. "

"We had such a wonderful time in this beautiful little house. We loved looking at the stars from the hot tub, playing games, eating breakfast out on the deck, and eating at many of the wonderful local restaurants (Ole Guacamole and Blue Ridge Biscuit Kitchen were amazing!) There are so many pretty parks and ways to enjoy nature as a family. We hope to return ASAP, highly highly recommend!"

"We had an initial issue trying to figure out the tv but after that all was right again! I believe the cabin exceeded my expectation. It was roomier than I expected and had everything that we could possibly need for our stay. Only about 15 minutes from everything but the location was quiet and peaceful. Sitting on the front porch early in the morning was a delight. There is a high probability that we'd consider staying here again!"
