"Our family loved the Farm guest house. We played most of the games, I enjoyed the tourism books and the kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of really hot water, iron & board, hair dryer, and lots of seating to enjoy the property. The best part was exploring the trails, old cabins, chapel and hammock & horseshoe !!! Hopefully it won’t rain during our next stay so we can have a campfire."

"It is a lovely, secluded property that could accommodate us all. It was well-appointed, including everything one might need. Check in and check out were easy, and the host responds quickly. I specifically looked for a property with a pool and this is listed with a pool--it actually has a small cool/cold spring-fed "hole" (maybe 7'x7')--if you go in, I recommend shoes, the silt is a little unnerving. "

"My family I stayed here during the Christmas holiday. Big house with rooms for everyone. Comfortable beds and 4 bathrooms was a plus for our group of 10. Beautiful views and plenty of space for kids to play. Nicely decorated for Christmas. Don was very easy to get ahold of with any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again "

"A few guys and I were in town working on the storm debris cleanup. We were able to contact Angie, the property owner, and meet with her. We needed to make sure that it met our needs as we would need to rent for two weeks. They showed us the property and it was perfect. With the long rental, they made sure everything was stocked that we needed for the whole time. They found out it was my birthday and dropped off a cookie cake and a balloon. "My son and I usually stay in Chimney Rock- but due to the destruction of Chimney Rock that was not possible- we decided to stay in Lake Lure to help the community.
