"We enjoyed exploring the River Arts District, New Belgium Brewery, and attending 2 concerts at the Salvage Station. We were also able to go for a 3 mile run along the river. We loved this VRBO! Be warned, you need to climb stairs to bet to the unit. Also, the air conditioning unit is much too noisy. Earplugs might help. "

"This was the perfect little spot downtown, within walking distance of shopping and eating. The updated apartment was clean and had everything you needed for a short stay! You will have a little walk from your parking spot and up tbe stairs but that is noted and not bad at all. Having a designated spot is a plus! "AsheVilla was the perfect place for our visit to Asheville. It was extremely close to DT Asheville and very easy to navigate to and from. "My husband and I went away for a few days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Monica has done a wonderful job making the space not only lovely to look at but also very comfortable and relaxing. Although there isn't an oven, there are plenty of appliances to make simple food and coffee/tea. She was great at reaching out to answer any questions or help if needed. We had the best weather, the trees were so colorful and we enjoyed hiking and exploring the area. "

"The apartment was very well cleaned and all the furnishings and appliances are nice. Very cozy and within a 15 minute drive of everything you’d want to do in the city. I didn’t realize when booking that this complex is across the street from a homeless resource non profit, so there were quite a few different people sleeping on the sidewalks the entire day/night, visible from the front door and window. We had no issues with anyone but it’s definitely something I would consider in the future. "

"We enjoyed our vintage airstream experience at Asheville River Cabins. The setting right on the French Broad River is magnificent! The only disappointment was that the vintage airstream smells of cigarettes, although I got accustomed to it once inside, with the help of an aromatherapy spray. The memory foam mattress was very comfortable, and the kitchen had nice dishes and cooking equipment. Enjoyed our French press coffee every morning. "

Would suggest a few blinds on windows in main living area as homes are close together and did not feel comfortable for privacy purposes. No soap for bathing or dishwashing items where available upon arrival. Just went to store to purchase. Shower stopped working in 2nd bathroom but tub was available. Did not call maintenance for this. Had problems getting temperature comfortable due to high tec thermostat....
