"The place was well appointed and clean. The king size bed was fabulous! However, if you don’t like stairs, noise and no yard for your dog, don’t stay here. It’s by a hospital so lots of ambulances and helicopters. There is also someone in the neighborhood with a really loud motorcycle. Lots of road noise. There are earplugs and a sound machine but it was no match. The hot water takes a long time to come on so you end up washing with cold water. There are thirteen pretty steep stairs to get to...

"We thought the overall stay was a great experience. Everything went smoothly. But for constructive feedback I would say the place smelled like mold. We checked the air conditioning unit and you can see mold inside. Made the place musty. I would also recommend updating your cookware. The pans were old and deteriorated. They seemed unsafe to cook with. Everything else was fine. "

"Overall we (family of four + a dog) had a good stay here. The owner met us when we arrived and she was very nice. The location is great; close to a couple of good breweries and good food and a pretty easy drive into Asheville. Also 15-30 minutes to decent trails and waterfalls. The fenced in yard was great for the pup and the space is comfortable enough. The only thing we really didn't like was that we know someone was in the apartment while we were gone; a sweatshirt was left on the couch and...

"This was the perfect little spot downtown, within walking distance of shopping and eating. The updated apartment was clean and had everything you needed for a short stay! You will have a little walk from your parking spot and up tbe stairs but that is noted and not bad at all. Having a designated spot is a plus! Denise was easy to reach and answered any questions we had. "
