"We had an amazing experience in the hotel. The lady on the front desk was so sweet and helped guide us with how to use the metro. So helpful and kind. The Venezuelan server (we don’t know his name) at breakfast was helpful and super nice too. He even stored food for us for the next day since we were leaving before breakfast started. Overall, great experience in the hotel, and the service was great. "
