Management are easily contactable and went above and beyond when we arrived as we did not know where to go and a lovely young man came to assist us. "The Adore is in the building right in the middle of Milan shopping district. Just few steps from the Duomo and the Christmas Market. The hotel room is clean, spacious and nicely appointed. The communication is easy and they provided a lot of good information. The only cons is that due to located right in the shopping district, we can hear noises all night long"

"You wont get much closer to the Duomo than this location without sleeping in the square. If its location and space youre looking for then this is the place to be. Room we stayed in was clean and tidy and very spacious with a mutli level setup. Only negative if there was one is that its a little noisy at night but you have to expect this for such a pristine location. Highly recommended."

"Amazing stay at this property with a family of 5 (3 teens) and our service dog. Everyone was extremely comfortable and please with the space. Not only that, but the landscaping is beautiful. Balcony was a perfect place to unwind after being out all day. Although a gas fire place outside would make this comfortable in the cold winter. Suggest posting WiFi password somewhere in the apartment and instructions on where to put the trash. Restaurant is a Michelin rated restaurant but was fully booked...

"We stayed for 5 days & enjoyed our stay in the Lake. We were in the top floor apartment which has a lot of stairs to climb, no lift. It is a little noisy as it’s right beside the main road so bring ear plugs as that made it better at night to sleep. The second room in the apartment is difficult to stand in as its ceiling is very low due to being an attic. I would recommend the owners upgrade the towels & bath mats as they were very old The staff are very lovely, helpful. Special mention to...
