"Not as good as another Rotana I’ve stayed at, but clean and comfortable. Expedia list this hotel as having an airport shuttle available on request, but it doesn’t. There is a shuttle to the beach and local shopping malls, but this can be difficult to use as drop off and collection points not signed and no location on shuttle schedule.."

"We enjoyed our week stay at the Grand Millennium hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Easy to walk to the metro. The spa was wonderful. The only issue was the shuttle didn’t have convenient timings so we weren’t able to use it"

"Check-In could not happen on-time, finally when it did, my key did not work for the room, tried a 2nd and third key, still didn't work, finally got the manager involved and had to move rooms. The club in the hotel is extremely loud and goes on until 3am. Room wasn't made up on the second day and when I returned to my room had to call for housekeeping. I'm still awaiting for the block on my credit card to be unblocked. I wont be staying here again."

"Property was decent for the price, staff is what makes this hotel worth staying at very welcoming always willing to help. Room was spacious. Room cleaned daily however you never know when they will come it could be 10-11am or 17:30pm I guess the priority is checked out rooms. Breakfast was pretty standard, I’d advice going early when the food is warm and fresh."

"Hotel boasts of great facilities and views however it is very run down and in need of renovations. The pictures of the hotel need to be updated to current conditions. The pool and spar were in unacceptable conditions. I did not have a good experience at this hotel. "
