"This was the hotel that made me think that if you do your work with love and have a good relationship with your coworkers (or at least seem like it), it will show positively to the guests too. The staff were so friendly, helpful, and seemed like were family to each other. I loved the extra detail and effort they put in. For example, when we asked for beach towels, they could have just honored our request. But, instead they go the further distance of mentioning "by the way we have umbrellas and chairs too, do you want those as well"? Situations like these has happened many times. I felt the front desk was really patient with me with my questions too. I loved the decor and the detail (e.g. the spherical "plants" around the hotel). I felt very comfortable there. Only negative things I can think of is there was this awkward step in our room leading to the bathroom that I stumbled the first few times on, with me not getting used to it yet. Also, I tried having an Amazon delivery sent there, but it ended up getting sent back because their listed address isn't the address you're supposed to use, but they should be sent to a PO Box instead. I think when I called the place to check on this they didn't mention it (and I believe they said the listed address would be good and to just make sure to include my name). This may be the same around all of PR? I want to come back and wish I could have booked more nights to try out more of the amenities and explore the area!"

"Staff very attentive and welcoming. My room was located on the back end of the property, and a local pub across the street had loud music until 1AM. That was very disappointing as I couldn't sleep, although not much the hotel can do about it given the lack of noise regulations enforcement in the Island."

"Clean property. We went during the week so we were practically the only ones there. Cleaning lady was the best, our room was always fresh when returning back from a long day. Coffee shop downstairs is good and people are very friendly. If you are planning on staying in the area they have a special event on Thursdays. They have a couple great restaurants next door and closer to shore that was awesome! If heading to PR would recommend you stay in different areas to ensure you see most the island. Everything is a At the least an 1-2 hours away. Definitely make it a day trip."

"This was an amazing stay for myself and my daughter. Gorgeous property, delicious food using ingredients grown on their own farm. But the highlight was truly the activities…from hiking, to secluded beaches, to paddle boarding, to surf lessons, and e-biking…this was one of the funnest and most active vacations I’ve ever had. And the guides leading these excursions are knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly patient. What an unforgettable trip!!"
