Perfect location for quick walk to Rincon Plaza and short drive to several other beaches. Great outdoor restaurant and bar just a 3 minute walk from condo. "Overall, this was a fantastic steal of a deal for our family of five! You cannot get a better view and feel than this - the condo directly faces the ocean, so you see and hear and feel it all: the sunsets, the waves, the breeze. There is a very nice little beach (a hidden gem!) a very short walk away - we loved spending evenings there. As for the condo itself, it can definitely use some upgrades. One thing we wish the condo offered freely is a washer/dryer since beach trips require daily...

"Everything was great, views are beautiful and host is very responsive and attentive! My only issue was the electricity went out all day on New Year’s Eve and there was no generator or back up solars as per locals it’s a common problem in the island since Hurricane Maria. That was the only day that was a bit harsh for us, we ended up staying at family’s house that day because they had solars to accommodate for when the electricity goes. "So the good! Great location, close to everything, super easy check in and parking. Spacious. Cold AC. Some beach chairs. The bad. Bathrooms, specifically the showers were very dirty. The dryer is broken (doesn’t tumble) so all of our clothes smell like mildew. The kitchen sink is about to come off of the wall. Some beach towels would be a nice touch. Overall positive but this unit definitely needs some TLC and there is a bit of false advertising calling it “beach front”. It’s beach access....

"No shampoo or body wash. No dishwasher. Accommodations were ok. Grounds were lovely as was pool. Location close to Crash Boat beach and restaurants but not close enough to walk. WiFi not efficient. Owner not as responsive although maintenance on call (Fredi) was great. New fridge delivered while we were there but a cheaper no frills model (no ice maker or cold water unit. And washer/dryer sounded like a jet taking off. "
