Got to the property was ignored by the staff. One person on the phone, another two in an office behind talking and laughing. The room had a weird smell and the bathroom was dirty. The room didn’t have all working lights so it was a little dark. The pool was good and so was the restaurant.

Excelente opción en Quebradillas, habitaciones amplias, camas cómodas, desayunos completos con cremas calientes super ricas. La cena del viernes estuvo riquísima. Lo único que puedo señalar es el televisor que nunca funcionó su control y el cable, pero por lo demás 10/10.

The front desk administration were very professional. I arrived early, and they try their best to get me an early check in, which they did. The rooms are very clean, good WiFi, very quiet. The surroundings of the Hotel are breathtaking . If you're looking for a nice relaxing vacation, this is the place to come.
