"This home is beautiful and spacious. We loved our stay there - it was very comfortable. The pool is beautiful and warm enough to swim in! There are lots of tv's (we only used one, but there must be 7 of them!) The kitchen is large and well-stocked. Lots of small appliances - microwave, toaster, blender, even a small air fryer. "We loved the house and the property. The house was very nice and the property great for our family. The property is large without outdoor activities including pool table, pool and basketball court and plenty of places to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Puerto Rico also experienced an island-wide power outage during our stay and the home has a whole-home generator so we were not impacted other than loss of Wifi, which was minor compared to how many others were impacted. "

Mainly, there was mold throughout the house with the lower level bedroom blinds covered in it. "Property was in a good area, close to wverything, well maintained. The communication was difficult and owners asked me to pay via venmo, paypal or zelle which felt very scammy. They also communicated through whatsapp which also felt scammy. We finally got on the same page via email and text and they ran my credit card for payment. "This was our third time staying at Casa Del Mar with host Brian. We plan to continue coming back as we feel this has become like a home away from from home. The view is spectacular and being able to walk right onto the beach is amazing. Brian is very knowledgeable about the area and is readily available for any questions. Highly recommend! "
