"The room was in good condition, clean, towels all brand new and no insects or mold. I am surprised at some of the many negative reviews. Sheets were also new and clean. Remote control has to be adjusted and fixed. I found it to be alright for a budget stay. A few slamming doors. I did not like being watched or gawked at by the breakfast person. We don’t need security patrol at breakfast. Find a hospitable lady for the breakfast hour. "

"This was the best experience when traveling with a pet. We literally backed up our vehicle to the sliding door of the room. The grounds were kept clean of garbage and dog droppings. The hallways were clean and well kept. The free breakfast was delicious. Warm food was available (eggs, sausage, waffles) as well as baked goods! Most important for us with breakfast was the coffee was very good! We will definitely be staying here again and we travel often for medical appointments in Barrie!"
