"The place was nice and comfortable and the management company was Awsome. The only negative was pretty much zero internet and not much better cell service at the house. We did need to work a bit so for us the decent internet is a must. Like I said house is great otherwise."

"Perfect layout for 4 couples / 8 adults. Drew for the rooms as the primary is far superior than the others. Open concept with large table and sitting areas for us to enjoy. Manuel our chef was wonderful as was the food. Overall we were happy, a good walk back up the hill and took short taxi rides into La Cruecacita. Our TG Bay Area by the hotels was a very quiet peaceful area, no nightlife of any sort."

"What’s not to like? Beautiful location with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Our group of six found it a great base for surfing local spots. Some of the elements that made our stay a little more hazardous are actually stellar selling points for those without an 18 month old to monitor (slippery red clay tiles! Open air, bannisterless winding staircase! Pool without a fence!) Great communication throughout. We’ll be back for sure."

"This is the kind of place you want to give a fake bad review to so that it's always available for yourself. It's truly beautiful. The staff is wonderful and felt like family. "Are stay at Casa Lapita was absolutely fantastic. The house is amazing ( my sister calls it paradise for wheelchairs) the staff is exceptional and an absolute pleasure to be around. "This was a lovely property. The Binnigueda IS NOT situated on the beach. You do have to take a shuttle or walk 8 minutes to the adjacent Niru beach club for beach access. Not a problem at all, just be aware. The service was fantastic and Abraham, Daniel and Thomas were excellent at making sure all our needs were met! The food was lovely and it was really nice to see the difference in the local cuisine included in the daily buffet. My taste buds say the food in the Oaxaca region is definitely spicier than Mazatlan, Cabo, PV, Cancun or Akumal. Just my opinion. We will be back as this has become a favourite destination for us!"
