"This was a lovely property. The Binnigueda IS NOT situated on the beach. You do have to take a shuttle or walk 8 minutes to the adjacent Niru beach club for beach access. Not a problem at all, just be aware. The service was fantastic and Abraham, Daniel and Thomas were excellent at making sure all our needs were met! The food was lovely and it was really nice to see the difference in the local cuisine included in the daily buffet. My taste buds say the food in the Oaxaca region is definitely spicier than Mazatlan, Cabo, PV, Cancun or Akumal. Just my opinion. We will be back as this has become a favourite destination for us!"

"Beautiful property. Only feedback is that the water pressure and shower drainage is not great. If you maximize the shower head there will be a ton of water overflow in your bathroom. Other than that, this place is amazing. "
