"We stayed at Thistle Heathrow T5 for one night before our flight the next day. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the Aviator bar and restaurant has great views of the runway. The Heathrow Pods make it really easy to travel to and from the airport to the hotel and are lots of fun! My only criticism of the hotel is the extortionate prices in the little shop by the entrance."

"Entrance chaotic as being refurbished currently. Room was nice. Bath is quite high so difficult to get in and out of with disability. Food nice but breakfast staff need to be more pro-active explaining how to get tea. Downside and not hotels fault but found majority of other guests rude, no manners, barging past."

The hotel is very convenient, it's a 1 min walk from the metro station and a 2 min walk from the very vibrant shopping streets. definitely having the cumberland as my go to hotel whenever im in london. ps: pillows aren't very comfy to sleep on"

The room was clean and comfortable and my only complaint is the wacky lighting system that we never figured out--seemed like you had to have all the lights on or none at all. Expensive food options in the hotel, but you are near lots of other dining options as well."

"This was an impromptu trip to London for my wife, son and I. The staff at the Clermont were fantastic and the hotel was great. The location was convenient to get around London. We were within walking distance of Buckingham, Westminster and Parliament. If we needed to take the Underground, the Victoria, Central and District lines were right there. The hotel has an entrance from Victoria station if needed. The walk to Piccadilly and Leicester is easy, so getting around is simple. Maybe not a ton...
