We arrived a few hours before check in time, but as our room was ready, we were checked in early with no issues. The staff at reception made sure that we had everything we needed and asked if we needed recommendations for restaurants or tours. Very good experience!!"

"Excellent and very courteous/professional staff ( from Javier in frontdesk and the rest of that team to Yolanda in our daily morning breakfast buffet and the rest of that team along with the excellent housekeeping staff ). This hotel is in the center of everything BUT it's tucked-in behind the major thoroughfare so it's surprisingly quiet and private away from the busy tourist foot traffic and pedestrians. There is no on-site gym BUT you get free access to a local premier gym ( Holmes Place )...
