"Great place to stay for skiing!"

"This was a stay "back in time". Most importantly, it was clean and quiet. Our grandparents had homes like our room and we are now grandparents, so it was awhile ago. So, it was very nostalgic for us, but we felt unsafe in the bathroom. The shower curtains were in the bottom of the tub and would have been easy to trip up on. There was only one outlet for us to re-charge our electronics on. The lighting was very poor. We somewhat enjoyed our stay because of the nostalgic factor, but really...

"We had a great time. But seeemed a little over priced for what it is. The place could be better if some more effort were put into it. But the owners are very sweet, and house has great charm!"

"We had an incredible stay. The location is right next to Beech Mountain resort and has a gorgeous view of the mountains. Owners were responsive and the rental had everything we needed for a long weekend."

"As advertised. Very spacious and comfortable sleeping for our 10 adults. Winter storm and probably 10 inches of snow that week and though a four-wheel-drive was needed it was easily accessible and ample parking for fairly large vehicles. Hope to return."

"This home was cozy and offered all we needed. The renovated space was beautiful. Weather was not in our favor, so we did not get to utilize the outdoor space, but inside offered plenty of room for our group. "

"Wonderful location, very nice small place as a good home base to explore the area. Only complaint was inability to change the heat due a broken nob on the unit. Otherwise, very sweet experience."
