"The property was beautiful & the house was very clean, comfortable & spacious. The kids loved feeding the chickens & petting the horses. There was no TV & it proved to be a great bonding experience. "We had a couple of hiccups but the property manager got it taken care of fast. We were told fire place was gas but it was wood burning and the outside grill was a piece of junk and we weren’t able to do any grilling. It is a nice house and I would stay again. The staff were really nice."

"We booked our stay and paid in full March 19 to check in May 16th at 5 o’clock. Was told by the property owner at 4 o’clock that they never got the reservation and that the property was under Repair. We were there for Chico State graduation, so every hotel was booked and the prices were through the roof. We also rented a facility a block away from the VRBO for the graduation party Saturday. What a complete disaster. Customer service was ridiculous. Still have not heard back or gotten a phone...
