"This hotel is attached to the airport so it was great for an early morning departure flight. Bed was very comfy so we got a good night sleep. Also, concierge was great. I has lost an item at another hotel and was able to have it delivered and held for me. The Hyatt just took it over so I am sure they will spruce it up a bit. Overall clean, good service and conveniently located."

"Perfect for stop over. I forgot to reserve the shuttle bus in advance and arrived at the collection point just after one had left. Decided to take taxi rather than wait an hour for next free shuttle bus. 170 baht and 15 mins. by meter taxi. Hotel very clean with good restaurant for dinner."
