"The property itself is wonderful but does require a little more upkeep in some areas. Some of the cobblestones are a bit wobbly and at night it’s easy to misstep. However, the staff were wonderful and very helpful at all times. A few suggestions would be to have someone working the pool bar, especially when there are people at the pool. Or to have them checking the pool area throughout the day. Also, the ability to get picked up from other piers, especially after the hop on/hop off boats...

"Quiet place as there are no car around property, you have to walk 3-5min to road, only traffic comes from river (and this noise is gone by evening). Clean and spacious place, open lobby with little garden. Breakfast is basic but fresh, what did surprise us that there were lot of employees at breakfast but no one approached us with additional offer (eggs etc), sometimes they didn’t rush with table prep for other guests or checking if coffee pot is full - note this hotel has few rooms therefore it...

"Sink was hanging off the wall.bathroom mirror and wall not had a clean for some time.bathroom ceiling had a leak.no room service so had same towels for a whole week.shower head clogged and room overlooked bus parking so noisy buses up until midnight.but all that said you get what you pay for and can't complain about the price."
