All the staff up from cleaning to room service to reception to dining to lobby to gym, have exhibited exemplary service. "This was certainly a plusher hotel than the ones I was staying in previously. It is certainly not your typical Western Style 5 star hotel, but it was clean. So I'd give it 4 star max. Also, the nozzle surface and splay water of bidet toilets I checked was filthy. All good. I suspect this may be contaminated with fecal indicator bacteria, such as Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, as well as antimicrobial-resistant bacteria, rendering it a potential vehicle for cross-infection.
