After advising her of a family member passing to see if we could check in a little early, she insisted there was a fee and gave us the impression that she was being inconvenienced. Most of my questions came with a sarcastic answer. On the contrary, the breakfast and happy hour staff was so incredibly nice as was housekeeping. The hotel was clean and spacious, conveniently located. "
