"Excellent location, walking distance to the city centre. The room was comfortable but needs updating Beds were comfortable, except the pillows were a bit flat and no extra ones were in the room, not a big deal in the whole skeem of things. Value for money though. It does need a good make over but you get what you pay for. I would stay there again. "

"An overall comfortable and enjoyable stay. Room was small but well appointed and very clean. Bed and pillows great, slept well. This is a functioning hotel with live music and functions; there are noise reducing glass doors to separate the hotel rooms but you’ll still be aware of some noise. Check in was quick and easy. Very close to Ballarat railway station and restaurant strips. "

"Only thing i did not like was the amount of outside lighting and not having the option to turn it off. I need a dark room to sleep and the room was far too bright of a night."
