The rooms a quite different at this place. I’ve stayed 3 times at a good rate. So I gave it 5 stars for the price. Some things did not work in the rooms mainly the tv and internet but I will say the first room I stayed in was working fine.but it did smell water damaged. Don’t expect perfection unless you pay for it, overall it’s one of the best places I’ve stayed in Ballarat.

A beautiful property that is clearly under going renovation and refresh. Furniture and fittings in the room are showing signs of age, general cleanliness was good however the bathroom could do with a good clean paying attention to the grouted areas and shower screen which need a good scrub to remove built up dirt and grime.

I stayed in one of the newer renovated rooms. It was very clean and comfortable. Loved the rainfall shower. My only issue is that I wish there was sheer blinds or tinted windows as you can see right into people’s rooms when the blinds are up (majority of rooms are on ground level).
